Change-of-mind returns

Unused items in original saleable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be clean, complete and safely packed. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photos where helpful. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement or refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Your financial institution may take additional time to display the funds.
