Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. We will send an order confirmation after receiving your order. An order may be cancelled if a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid.

Products and product information

We try to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours and availability information are accurate. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting or manufacturing variations.

Prices and GST

All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

REN VELLO HOME PTY LTD is not currently registered for GST, and GST is not added to the listed prices. If our GST registration status changes, we may update our pricing and tax information.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Australia only. Standard delivery is free. Estimated delivery is generally 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refunds and Returns Policy. Our voluntary change-of-mind policy does not replace or limit your statutory rights.

Acceptable use
