REN VELLO is operated by REN VELLO HOME PTY LTD (ABN 87 703 596 196).

Shipping area

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is free across Australia.

Delivery time

We aim to deliver orders within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may vary for regional or remote areas and may be affected by public holidays, weather, carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order processing

After your order is placed, we will prepare it for dispatch and send order updates to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where available. If tracking is not available for a particular delivery method, we will still assist with reasonable delivery enquiries.

Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned to us because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery costs may apply.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact william@renvelloau.com with your order number. We will work with the delivery provider to investigate the issue.

Consumer rights

This Shipping Policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods are not delivered within a reasonable time or do not meet a consumer guarantee, you may have rights to a remedy.
